Jackie's Senior Portraits | Lynnfield, Marblehead, Salem

It's that time of year for senior portraits. Jackie was such a natural model and to top it all off she's so sweet. We had a nice (for photos anyway) overcast day at Salem Willows yesterday followed by some yummy ice cream. Her sister Jill came with us to make Jackie laugh. I meant to get a picture of them together but I completely forgot. Maybe next time.

These are my favorites...

Here's a slideshow of the rest...

The House of the Seven Gables Salem

I've been given an exciting opportunity to create some products to sell in the museum store of the House of the Seven Gables. I'm working on some ideas with the museum but for now I need to get some good photos to choose from. Here's what I've got so far. It's mostly from the beautiful gardens on the property.

Caitlin 7 Months | Peabody Baby Photographer

One of the most overused expressions in New England is "If you don't like the weather, wait a minute." Now I know why. I met Alison, Wayne, and Caitlin at Good Harbor Beach with threatening skies. I had checked the radar before going up there and it said the rain clouds were supposed to miss us. We lugged all the baby stuff and my props all the way out to the beach, took a few pictures when we found ourselves very quickly in the middle of a sand storm and being rained on! We got back to the car as fast as we could. Within minutes the sun was shining so we went back out and had a great shoot.
Caitlin was so cooperative so the pictures came out great. She endured many costume changes, not so warm temperature, and yet even more rain at the very end.

Olivia 5 years old | Salem Photographer

Since the day she was born this little girl stole my heart. Her parents (two of my best and oldest friends) were nice enough to let me take care of her while they worked when she was a baby. I loved the time I got to spend with her while I anxiously awaited my own family. Olivia is also the baby that helped me develop my photography skills and realize that this is what I wanted to do for a living. My own family is now complete, I'm officially a photographer, Olivia is 5 and she is still stealing my heart.
We had a ton of laughs on our annual photo shoot yesterday. She had me cracking up all day long.

Blue eyed beauties! | Andover Baby Photographer

This morning I went over to Heather's house to take some overdue pictures of her 6 month old son Joshua and of course his big sister Elise. These children belong in magazines! I just can't take the blue eyes.

For this particular shoot I put the rest of the photos here.

Spring Mini Sessions! | Peabody Photographer

It's time to get those family photos you're been putting off. I am now booking mini sessions for Saturday, April 25th at Leather City Common in Peabody. The dogwood trees are in full bloom by then! Reserve your spot now. You must have an appointment.

Mini session fee is $150 per family and includes roughly 15 minutes of shooting time of the family as a whole (including pets!) as well as individual shots. Your photos will be enhanced and available to view on my proofing website. The fee also includes one digital negative. Additional prints or digital negatives are available at an additional charge.

If you aren't available that day but would like to book a full session, feel free to contact me.

I'd also be willing to book another day of mini sessions if you are able to get at least three other families to join you.

Sweet Hazel's First Birthday | Ipswich Baby Photographer

Today I was quite literally blessed to meet Hazel. I was blessed because just less than 3 months ago Hazel's doctors didn't know if she would survive accidentally swallowing a button battery. Her experience is every parents worst nightmare and I just can't say how happy I am that this had a happy ending. Hazel's story has caught media attention and the news will be featuring her in hopes to spread the word about these dangerous baby hazards. You can read all about Hazel and her wonderful parents at their blog.
Now onto the absolutely adorable photos!
