Newborn 7 of 8!

I met this family back in the fall for a family/maternity session.  I was so excited to get to meet the newest member of their family and photograph them all again including more extended family.



Four generations!

With no red hair in the family, mom and dad were just as surprised as I was when my red haired daughter was born.



The last time I saw his big sister she was 2.  Now she's three and you try getting a three year old to sit still with her newborn brother!

After much wrestling and bribing I managed to grab a quick shot of the two of them!

On to my next newborn from last winter!

Most moms are upset by the dry skin for photos but I absolutely love it.  It doesn't last long and is such a great detail to capture in newborns.

This little guy wasn't interested in sleeping which seems to be common for me for some reason.

Newborns 3 AND 4 of 8 - TWINS! | Andover Newborn Photography

I can't tell you how excited I get at the opportunity to photograph twins.

These little guys were 5 weeks old.  When I got there they were swaddled and sleeping.  Luckily I started shooting them as they were before messing with them.


Big brother was there to give some love.  He just adores his brothers.


Because after that they woke up and at 5 weeks old newborns can be hard to settle...especially TWO.  Luckily Grandma was there with an extra pair of hands to help out!  They wanted nothing to do with being naked so we kept them dressed and warm and they were happy with that.
