Thank you!

I wanted to make a special holiday video card for all of the people who helped my business grow this year. This video features one image from every single session I did in 2010. Be sure to look for people you know!

The beautiful soundtrack is "O Come, O Come, Emmanuel" by local artist, Noel. She was gracious enough to let me use this song to accompany my images. I think they work perfectly together. Noel was on the ballot to be nominated for three different Grammy awards in 2011! How exciting is that?

Noel's music can be previewed and purchased at www.RememberNoel.bandcamp.com and her Facebook fan page is http://www.facebook.com/pages/Noel/8292033275

I can't even begin to say how happy it makes me to be able to capture beautiful images of families who know the value of preserving a little piece of history.

I hope to see you all again in 2011 and that you are all sharing my name with your friends and family!

Sincerely,
Kerry

Benjamin and Genevieve | Arlington Family photography

A few weeks ago I met the P family for their third session with me. It was a bit chilly out but we knew we wanted to get some outdoor shots. We went to Robbin's Farm Park where there is an incredible view of the Boston skyline and a big open field.

Benjamin was awesome and very willing to let me take pictures of him.

1 year old Genevieve on the other hand cried from the moment I walked in their door. Mom would get her calmed down then she'd get a glimpse of me and start crying all over again.

Benjamin and dad were happy to pose for me while Genevieve warmed up to me.

She did eventually warm up.

Lenny came along too.

Once we were all chilled to the bone we went back to their house and took some more photos.

Genevieve even let me hold her. I love a good cuddle from a sweet baby.

Elise and Joshua | Andover family photography

I have way too many favorites to share from this session! Precious puppy Bella was a huge bonus to my day.

We were going for "Christmasy" and I think we achieved it! The kids were very cooperative. I sort of expected cooperation from 5 year old Elise but 2 year old Joshua really impressed me.

That's not to say we didn't do our fair share of making crazy noises and silly faces to get them to smile as you can see in the reflection below. Had I had liquid in my mouth when I first viewed this image I would have spit it out all over my computer.

Little Molly | Hamilton Family Photography

Since I met Molly last year she hasn't been a fan of my camera in her face. Her serious expressions are so funny to see on a baby.

I took this first one in the car while we were driving to Wenham Lake. She was all, "who IS this person sitting in my car??"

She eventually realized that I wasn't going anywhere and decided to have a good time.

I just love the muted yet vibrant (if that makes any sense) colors of this session. The rest of the images can be seen here.

A&A | Peabody Twin Photography

4 is a pretty darn good age to photograph. A&A were very easy to photograph this year. It just took a little bit of bribing and they were very willing to stand together and smile.

Great Big Family | Lynnfield family photography

You may recognize two members of this family from their senior portrait session last summer.
We start with these four beautiful sisters. They each had a boy and a girl all within 5 years (I believe that was the age difference) of each other.

For our first location we met at Appleton Farm in Ipswich. There is just something about that place that makes me feel like I'm in Scotland. I just love it.

Here are all 8 kids. Ben on the far left is my camera's nemesis. They don't get along. Any giggles you see are a result of me yelling "BEN!!!" in order to get him to smile.

And the whole gang!

For our second location we went for some more traditional shots at a family home.

One of the sisters, Terri is getting married to Bob next year. They have asked me to photograph their wedding and I just can't wait! They haven't set a date yet. Oddly enough, it turns out that Bob knows my dad. They're both big in the local running scene.
