Gracie and Gavin 21 Months | Gloucester family photography

Gracie and Gavin's mom wanted to get some pictures of the twins on the beach before the summer was over. It ended up being a chilly night at the Wingaersheek beach but the kiddos were happy and the overcast sky was great for me.
They were on the move and made me work! I don't give up easily and ended up with a ton of great photos of them. Getting them in the same photo was another story.

Gavin looks like he's trying to take off here but he was throwing sand.

Throwing sand at me definitely got some laughs.

Climbing on the rocks made him happy too.

Max | Beverly Baby Photography

Max is growing so quickly. Here he is as a newborn. Here and here he is at 9 months. And here he is at 11 months even though the post says 10. He is now 19 months old and very active!
Max is going to be a big brother very soon so they wanted to get some last pictures as a family of 3. He kept me moving and on my toes!

We started our session at Lynch Park in Beverly. The rose garden was a great place for photos although there was nothing that made Max very happy.

I love this picture with the mud on his jeans. Wouldn't you know he fell in the ONE mud puddle between the car and the rose garden.

Lynch Park is surrounded by the ocean but on a sunny day it's hard to capture it AND the subjects.

We finally made our way to the playground where Max's personality really came out.
Love the dirty bum :-)

We went back to their house after to get some shots in his own environment. This kid loves to be naked!

I wanted to get a cute shot of all of their feet but Max had another idea...tickle Daddy's feet!

Stay tuned for Max's new baby brother and some holiday photos!

Oliver's 1 year photo session | on location New England Photography

Last Friday I took a trip up to York, Maine for Oliver's photo session. The amount of adorable photos I got of this kid is just incredible. He was such a joy and so easy to capture his personality. I went up there thinking we would take him to the beach or the nearby Nubble Lighthouse but the fog was like nothing I've ever seen. If you were standing on the beach you literally could not see the ocean. We thought it might clear up after some time but it was like that all day.
But it absolutely did not matter that we couldn't go to a scenic location because their vacation home was stunningly beautiful.

Oliver's Grandma was helping wrangle him. I just love this shot!

This photo cracks me up. Oliver's parents are professional singers and this picture makes me think that he's practicing his vocals.

Sweet Hazel's First Birthday | Ipswich Baby Photographer

Today I was quite literally blessed to meet Hazel. I was blessed because just less than 3 months ago Hazel's doctors didn't know if she would survive accidentally swallowing a button battery. Her experience is every parents worst nightmare and I just can't say how happy I am that this had a happy ending. Hazel's story has caught media attention and the news will be featuring her in hopes to spread the word about these dangerous baby hazards. You can read all about Hazel and her wonderful parents at their blog.
Now onto the absolutely adorable photos!

Erin and Kelly | Wakefield Children Photography

Two beautiful Irish lasses. These photos were for Kelly's 2nd birthday but we certainly couldn't leave out her big sister Erin. Erin wasn't too thrilled with modeling until we told her she could jump off the ottoman. That brought out her bright personality and beautiful smile. You would think I'd have a tough time with the two year old but she was a piece of cake!

My kiddos | Twin Photography

I don't usually post photos of my kids here since I take way too many photos of them and they aren't official photo shoots. But the other day I had a cancellation so I did my twins' holiday photo shoot. They are too nice not to share. Their holiday cards are coming soon!
