Rockport Family Photography

Wow! I'm so behind on blogging! I really love to share all of my sessions so people can get a good idea of how theirs may go.

Here we have a lovely extended family that I met in Rockport last month. The sun was shining so we did our best to find some shade.

Walter | Boston Baby Photographer

This big guy was 9 months old when I met him and his mom at their house for photos. He was a perfect model!
And look at those blue eyes!!!
He was so happy to sit in the front lawn while I snapped away.

Baby H | Danvers Newborn Photography

Baby H was born in the good ol' U.S. of A. In the bathroom. Unplanned. Her older brother and Mom and Dad are new residents of Danvers after moving here from the UK last fall. Thank goodness they did because my kids would rather play with Baby H's brother than anything in the whole wide world, and I've found a wonderful friend in her mom. Plus now I get to snuggle a newborn whenever I want.

H was absolutely perfect for her very first photo shoot and only peed and pooped on the blankets once.

Gorgeous Gemma | Boston family photography

Gemma's mom and dad received a gift certificate from a family friend for my photography services. Luckily for me they were happy about that!
Looks like Gemma was too!
They are so in love with this baby and it really shows through in these pictures.

Nichole 6 1/2 | Beverly children's photography

If you click here you can see Nichole's past three years of sessions with me. I know I took her 2.5 year photos too but it must have been before I was keeping this blog.
I suggested to her mom that we go to Tupper Manor at Endicott College and she said "I used to live there!" It's not anymore but it used to be a dorm and how funny that she used to live there!
Spring on the North Shore this year was pretty brutal. This was yet another session that wasn't completely dry. I'm so glad we all pushed through because the images came out great and we didn't have to reschedule.

Jennifer and Christopher's wedding | Winthrop wedding photographer

Jennifer Goodwin (no relation!) was referred to me by my Fourth of July Bride from last year. It's so funny to hear of someone else having your name. The really funny thing is her brother's name is Chris Goodwin and so is my husband! And then the groom Chris shares a first and last name (very close anyway) with a celebrity who has sadly passed away. Think red tights and a cape.

Anyway! The weather was perfect for this beautiful small wedding. As far as I know the day went very smoothly with no hiccups.

Jennifer decided she didn't NEED to have "getting ready" pictures that day so I met them right at St. John in Winthrop. What a beautiful church!

I got the limo driver to let me have a sneak peek at the bride before he let her out. Cute as a button I tell ya! She's such a pretty girl and one of the sweetest I've met.

She was just beaming!

Chris was equally as nice as Jennifer. Look how happy he looks!

The reception was at Casa Lucia in Revere. The interior was very impressive. I would highly recommend this as a venue for anyone. Jennifer and Chris's wedding was on the small side (roughly 80 guests) and was in the smaller downstairs room. Marble and granite covered most surfaces and the columns made a very nice touch. The upstairs ballroom could obviously accommodate a lot more and was very beautiful! The staff was wonderful too.

Then it was time to get down!

I was so happy to get this referral and to get to meet this wonderful couple!
